Publishers are permitted to place Google ads on the homepages of anonymous proxy sites, but not in the frames around pages viewed through the proxy. The concern is that the publisher is unable to control the content of pages framed by his ads.
However kwfx.com is per a page and linkers can see every page which there adsense will show on. So in turn this point is null.
Don't webmasters lose out?
No! Far from it in fact. We contacted 25 random webmasters and invited them to let us know there views on the subject. All of them agreed it would help them more than hurt them. While Click Through rate may drop, traffic increases, which in turn leads to more clicks. kwfx.com might not work so well on 1 hit bandwidth sites so in turn webmasters can block there site using robots.txt (see below).
Do you change anything else?
No! The only thing we change on the webpages is the adsense ID. All out going and enternal links are the same. This means if a browser decides to navigate through the website a little more the original webmasters adsense will show 100%.
Can I block you from Sharing my site?
You can indeed block kwfx.com. Just add the following to your robots.txt.
disallow http://kwfx.com */
